From architecture to events
Before moving into events, Jorge worked as a technical architect and building engineer on renovation, rehabilitation and interior projects, and in site management for Inmobiliaria Colonial. He studied Technical Architecture at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (2013) and Building Engineering at the Universidad Europea (2014). Since 2015 he has also worked as an independent designer, modelling and visualising buildings, interiors and proposals for festivals and venues in 3D.
That technical grounding is what he applies today: what fits in a space, how people move through it and how to build a stage in a venue that was never designed for one. He sums it up on his Instagram: «10 years designing spaces. Now it’s time to design what happens inside them.»
Director of DEXT FORCE and partner at MAIK
Jorge is now the director of DEXT FORCE, where he has led production since May 2023. He was previously the event’s co-director and CEO. Specialist press was already citing him as co-director in 2024, in Territorio Bitcoin. The event combines a finance, AI, startup and Web3 congress with an electronic music festival, and its 2025 edition drew 1,500 attendees to Poble Espanyol, with 3 night stages. Mixmag named him that year among the four founders.

MAIK, the boutique agency that creates and produces events and festivals in Barcelona and manages artists, was founded in 2025 by its four partners. Jorge is its administrator and set it up with Javier Palomino.

PALO MAIN: DJ and live percussion
As PALO MAIN, Jorge takes electronic music into live performance, combining DJing, drums and percussion. Resident Advisor places him mainly between Barcelona and Ibiza. In 2026 he played Fuego at Eden Ibiza in Sant Antoni de Portmany, a 10-week season produced by MAIK.

Drummer of Hologramma, Tauro and Mariana També
Eight years ago Jorge founded Hologramma, the Barcelona band he drums for. Their music blends electronic pop, funk and urban sounds. They have released the EP La última revelación que diste fue la despedida (2021) and the album Mundos Rotos (2024), and have played venues such as the Thyssen Museum in Madrid. Their next single is «Estrellas de plasma».
